Throughout these terms and conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Keith Abela, the proprietor of this website branded as “Natural Preserves” and holder of VAT number 21655118 with registered address at Ta’ Jose, Triq is-Simar, Xemxija, Malta, Europe. Throughout these terms and conditions, the term “this site”, refers to this website. By using this site via Mobile Application (Mobile App) or via a Web Browser (Internet Browser) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Website or designs and products displayed here or purchased from here. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Online Store Terms
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Accuracy of Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Due to the artisan nature of our production weights may vary slightly (by a few grams).
Price and Product Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Many of our products are small batch and hand crafted, using only local, sustainable products and thus we shall not be liable / cannot guarantee to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service or Products offered through this website.
Our cancellation policy applies if a cardholder makes a purchase payable by credit card or debit card and requests order cancellation prior to delivery. If the product is already in transit for delivery or has already been dispatched then order cancellation will not be possible. Given that your order has not yet been dispatched and that it has not been longer than 24 hours since you placed your order we will cancel your order and refund you by means of store credit applicable through the use of a coupon code generated specifically for you. We only accept cancellation requests via email, if applicable the coupon code will be sent to by return reply.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unwanted products within Three (3) days, product depending. We reserve the right to refuse or charge a re-stocking fee should the full packaging be missing, damaged, non resealable or if the returned item/items show signs of use or if no valid reason is given for returning the item. If you return a product, make sure to email us to inform us with both the reason why your purchase is being returned and your order number. We will be unable to process your return without this information. Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis and it is up to our sole discretion to determine if your case is subject to refund or replacement. Products that wish to be refunded should be untouched and still closed in their original setting. As artisan producers we try to ensure the highest standards, however mistakes might happen, should the original product have; a blown top or show signs of fungal infection, the product with be replaced or refunded, once returned. We will however not be held responsible for poor storage conditions or mistreatment by the consumer. Should the product not be to your liking (flavour) please inform us by email, and keep the remainder of said product in the fridge, your complaint will be dealt with accordingly.
Storage and Allergen information
All our products should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, unless otherwise stipulated. Once opened the product should be kept in the fridge and consumed with 3 days (as required by law). We cannot ensure quality and food safety past these days, should you need more information please contact us. We will not be held responsible for any sickness or injury caused by badly stored products. All our products might contain whole seeds which may act as a choking hazard in small children or people with illnesses.
Although we try our hardest to avoid food cross-contamination by only creating one product at a time, we cannot guarantee this level from our suppliers thus the following applies. All our products are produced in a separate production kitchen, held at the highest forms of cleanliness, however due to the nature of our purchases and production all our products may contain minuet traces of various food allergens, namely; Nuts (Ground and Tree), Gluten, Sesame, Soy, Eggs, Celery, Milk (Dairy & Lactose), Sulphites, Fish, Shellfish, Lupins, Mustard, and others. Should you suffer from any food allergies please contact us before hand. All ingredients will be labelled on the product.
We only deliver to Malta. Our delivery for Malta is a maximum of 5 business days. Delivery days are usually done on Tuesdays and Saturdays (this may vary). If you are placing an order from overseas and wish to have an estimated delivery time contact us first. Overseas deliveries are subject to shipping costs. This will be different If you are ordering a product which is not in stock and wish to have an estimated delivery time please contact us first.
You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, Europe.

We reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time by posting the amended terms here. All amended terms take effect upon posting. Each time you use this site, the current version of our Terms and Conditions will govern your use.
