A few words about this Item.

A traditional Italian style pasta “sauce”, this ready to use meal serves between four to six depending if it’s a starter or a main. Like all our products its shelf stable until opening and need no refrigeration, just open a jar, boil some pasta and experience a first class sauce like no other.
All the ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. Tuna loin being the star represents roughly 80% of the entire contents of the jar, this is the same tuna used at the Michelin starred restaurant Noni in Valletta and is a shared project on helping to reduce food waste. Hand picked wild olives and other fresh, local ingredients help give this sauce culinary harmony.
