The finest shallots you’ll ever taste. These little, certified organic beauties were grown exclusively for us by Josef Farrugia of Ta’ Guzman Organic farm in the South of Malta, a master of his craft. We then cure them for a week. Peel them, and later roast them slowly, they’re then marinated and jarred. A great all rounder, use them in salads, burgers, stews, soups and so much more.
