A few words about this Item.

A symbol of what we stand for, Wild asparagus lightly fermented and marinated, de-bittering it and preserving it in the process. It takes a few months of fermentation before it finds its home in a new blend of oil. A true taste of the local wild asparagus that only has a short 3 week season here, it takes around 10 hours of foraging just to pick a kilogram a truly local experience.
